9:00 – 10:00 am Presentation: The Future of P3s from your DOT Leaders
This session will concentrate mainly on Maryland's Vision regarding P3 opportunities from our State leaders. With representation from, MDOT and surrounding DOT's - this session will provide insight towards the benefits of this type of project delivery - to include the financial relief that is needed considering the impacts caused by COVID 19 pandemic which is negatively affecting the future of our transportation funding.

This session will provide an update for the I-495 & I-270 Traffic Relief Program, specifically concentrating on where we are today, what is lying ahead. MDOT's P3 Office also plans to discuss potential P3 project opportunities for the future.

11:30 pm – 12:05 pm Presentation: Opportunity MDOT
This session will provide an overview of the newly established Opportunity MDOT program.   The agency has created a source for small, minority-, women- and veteran-owned businesses and disadvantaged businesses to access valuable resources. The goal of Opportunity MDOT is to help strengthen and grow Maryland’s businesses, workforce, and economy for generations – one opportunity at a time. In addition, more diverse, inclusive teams foster innovative ideas, broaden stakeholder involvement, and successfully deliver transportation projects in new and better ways.
