MdQI Announces 2018 Awards of Excellence and The Flanigan Award!
Congratulations to the winners of the Awards of Excellence and Partnering Awards for their outstanding work on transportation-related public works projects reaching key milestones in 2018. MdQI also congratulates Shelly Baquol of MTBMA, recipient of The Flanigan Award for 2018. This special award is presented by MdQI to an exceptional transportation professional, in memory of the late Pierce J. Flanigan III (P. Flanigan and Sons, Inc.). The 2018 awards were presented at the annual conference awards banquet on January 31, 2019.
